Between looking nice and thick and enjoying all the snacks I want vs looking lean and ripped with abs... But with my current night schedule, literally surviving off naps, trying to keep my nutrition as balanced as possible with the continuous fluctuation of my schedule. It's definitely one of the hardest things I've had to do this far.
But...I haven't missed a workout, I'm still meal prepping and eating clean-ish, and I'm happy and dancing in my underwear in my kitchen as I eat rice cakes and ice cream and chocolates and experimental sweet n' healthy smoothies...🤗💃 Energy levels may be low but I find a way to smile and laugh through it all! ...because otherwise I'd crash and burn.
