Pump Up

Strength and Toning to sculpt your physique!

Working out the Chest, Back, Legs, Shoulders, and Arms in a synchronized fashion to up beat music! Using Barbells and Dumbbells, join in on the Power Hour of Pumping Up and Toning your Muscles!

 

Pump Up will consist of Upper Body Training and Lower Body Training on Separate Days. Attending Both Classes weekly is highly encouraged to keep your physique balanced!

This Pump Up Class is for everyone at all levels! 

 

Pump Up is held every Tuesday and Thursday at 10 am - 11 am on the Turf side of Big Tex Gym

For everyone else, it's $5 to drop in!
