You'll never experience a Boot Camp like this! Guaranteed. Boot Camp comprises of 3-4 phases, including a Warm-up, HIIT, and Group/Team Exercises. This Boot Camp Class is for everyone at all levels! While it is encouraged to push yourself during the class, those that need to step out and take a break are welcome to do so. Boot Camp is held every Tuesday and Thursday at 630 pm - 730 pm on the Turf side of Big Tex Gym. - $5 Drop in - Free to Big Tex Members - 1st class is on the House! Please ensure to bring a bottle of water and a sweat towel! Burnout - 735 pm Burnout is a portion AFTER the Boot Camp where it truly lives up to the name. Typically starts 10 minutes after boot Camp ends and is only 6-10 minutes. This portion is not recommended for beginners. It will comprise of 1 exercise in an extreme high intensity format. High Intensity during Burnout is not a recommendation, it is the expectation. Boot Camp Participants are welcome to stay over and watch!
***Does NOT apply to Group Fitness Classes**** Fuel n' Burn Clients: Please Cancel a whole day prior. Clients, If you cancel same day within 8 hours of a session, you will lose the session. If canceled in the middle of the night or the night prior for an early morning session, you will lose the session. Please notify me as soon as you feel there might be a cancellation to prevent loss of session.
