MOBILE TESTING. Testing comes to YOU. Please indicate the location of your choice within *25 mile Radius* of Big Tex Gym. Any location outside of 20 miles will be an additional $10 Charge. ***Please contact for any testing outside of 30 miles*** Metabolism Test: Get your personal and exact results on your Metabolism Rate, Carb/Fat burning Ratio, lung and heart efficiency, to better customize a workout program and meal planning to get you more effective results towards your health and Fitness goals! VO2 MAX! Get your personal and exact results on your Heart Rate Training Zones, Carb/Fat burning Ratio, Cardiovascular/Respiratory Health, and other health markers to better customize a workout program to get you more effective results towards your health and Fitness goals! Important Reminders before the scheduled test: - Fast 5 (FIVE) Hours prior to Testing. - No Caffeine 5 (FIVE) Hours prior to Testing. - No INTENSE EXERCISE 24 Hours prior to Testing. - No Exercise 12 hours prior (the night prior if testing in the morning) - Continue to take medication as prescribed - Can be tested any time of the day as long as criteria above is met Please arrive on time to allow for data entry, calibration, and proper fitting of mask is done to complete the testing within the appointment time. Testing times do not include set-up, pre-checks, nor post-discussion, hence the hour and a half appointment. This is for BOTH Metabolism and VO2 Max Testing. Cancelation Policy

***Does NOT apply to Group Fitness Classes**** Fuel n' Burn Clients: Please Cancel a whole day prior. Clients, If you cancel same day within 8 hours of a session, you will lose the session. If canceled in the middle of the night or the night prior for an early morning session, you will lose the session. Please notify me as soon as you feel there might be a cancellation to prevent loss of session.
