     Focus: Squat, Hinge, Push, Pull mechanics, and form

Essential DB & Bench Exercises

Master the free weights. Move beyond the machines and learn to control the iron. We focus on the technical execution of the Barbell Bench Press and essential Dumbbell movements. You will learn how to stabilize your body, correct muscle imbalances, and lift with intensity.

     Focus: Bench Press technique, Dumbbell stability, and unilateral training.

Upper Body Mastery

Sculpt and strengthen. Take your physique to the next level with a focus on biomechanics. We target the chest, back, and shoulders to build a balanced, powerful upper body. Learn to engage the right muscles and eliminate momentum to maximize hypertrophy.

     Focus: Chest pressing, Back width/density, and Shoulder capping.

Glutes and Hinges Mechanics

Power and aesthetics. Unlock the full potential of your posterior chain. This session breaks down the "hip hinge" movement pattern (Deadlifts, RDLs) and glute-specific isolation. We prioritize lower back safety while maximizing glute engagement for a stronger, more sculpted physique.

     Focus: Deadlift variations, Hip Thrusts, and Glute isolation.
