Understanding the Workouts:
- Not ALL exercises have to be completed.
- Not ALL sets have to be completed.
- Try to stick within the rep range. If you rep higher than written, weight is too light. If you rep lower, weight is too heavy. Adjust accordingly.
- Try to stick with the order as best as possible based on machine availability and your personal limitations.
- If exercise causes discomfort, change the exercise.
- The order of days are not absolute, but written to allow different body parts to rest.
- If you need more rest than is written, take more. If you need less, WEIGHT IS TOO LIGHT.
- Cardio Always AFTER strength training.
- If you don't understand it, don't do it.
