include snack foods.
I will be using these to create your meal plan. Be sure to include Proteins, Carbs, and Fats in your concoctions. I'll take care of the portions specific to your stats:
List all unhealthy cheat foods and alcohol options you would like to consider adding to your meal plan. This can be anything you want. I will select up to 3 of your choices and add them to your meal plan.
*NOTE: Cheat meals are to only be consumed a max of twice a week, and not on the same day.
