Service Description
Burn Camp is your new conditioning lab. For 45 minutes, you’ll rotate through controlled strength work, core stability, light plyometrics, and smooth conditioning intervals using dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements. The pace stays steady, the coaching stays intentional, and every movement can be modified for your level. It’s designed to help you burn calories, improve coordination, and build everyday athletic strength without feeling overwhelmed. Perfect for anyone wanting to get leaner, move better, and boost energy through smart, progressive training. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2 PM on the Turf at Big Tex Gym. Come warmed up and ready to work at your pace.

Cancellation Policy
Fuel n' Burn Clients: Please Cancel a whole day prior. Clients, If you cancel same day within 8 hours of a session, you will lose the session. If canceled in the middle of the night or the night prior for an early morning session, you will lose the session. Please notify me as soon as you feel there might be a cancellation to prevent loss of session.
