Reminder to get a weight check in the morning first thing after you empty your bladder, before you consume any liquid or food.

Set your clocks, reminders, whatever you need to do.

At MINIMUM provide me with a summarized update of how your week went as far as staying on track with your meals, cheat meals, workouts, stress levels, sleep, and hydration.
