Service Description

*BIG TEX MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED! (Not Included)* 6 Week Boot Camp Program Camp I: 7 am-8 am Tuesday/Thursday Camp II: 7 pm-8 pm Tuesday/Thursday 12 Camps Total Limited to 6 Trainees Per Camp No Roll Overs, Must attend your selected Time Period. You are here to CHALLENGE YOURSELF, so challenge yourself accordingly. If you need to rest, take a break. If you can't perform the exercise due to pain or injury, an alternative will be provided for you. While it is not a self-pace class, your health and safety is of upmost importance. Class begins with a 5-7 min warm up. Then a short break before beginning the HIIT phase (High Intensity Interval Training). After another short break, we enter the Boot Camp Phase that can consist of Circuit Training or Team Training. If there's time and energy left, we'll complete 1 round of a Burnout, which is to leave everything you got on the table! Join this 6 Week Boot Camp Program and lets Tone those Muscles while losing Fat and building Endurance and Stamina!

Cancellation Policy

***Does NOT apply to Group Fitness Classes**** Fuel n' Burn Clients: Please Cancel a whole day prior. Clients, If you cancel same day within 8 hours of a session, you will lose the session. If canceled in the middle of the night or the night prior for an early morning session, you will lose the session. Please notify me as soon as you feel there might be a cancellation to prevent loss of session.
