Having returned from competing in Ecuador, I now have the ball rolling, and I'm not slowing down.
I started my Prep in The beginning of April, cleaning up my diet, then going full prep in May.
25 weeks I've been on prep. And I've had my struggles, I've had to make sacrifices, I've had my moments where I crash and burn and want to quit.
But I stubbornly keep pushing through. I never expected the positive outcomes that have manifested. When I made the decision to compete in Ecuador's South American Championship almost 9 months, I would have never imagined the impact this trip would have made.
And now I keep moving forward. I have my goal set. I understand my weaknesses, the uphill battle I face, and the continuous criticism and doubts from others, but non of that is going to stop my momentum.
