You're Excused

I don't want to hear your excuses. If you want to keep telling yourself why you can't achieve your own fitness/weight loss goals, keep those excuses to yourself. What did you think you telling me your excuses is going to accomplish? Do you think I'm going to magically reveal a super secret specific to your excuse and now you're going to be able to reach your goals?

No. Put in the damn work!

I get DM's: "help me lose weight" "give me a workout plan" "I want to look like you" "I want abs"

If I do, are you going to do your part and actually put in the work?

Want to lose weight? Eat less and exercise.

Want to reveal your abs? Stay in a caloric deficit and do HIIT Training.

Can't find time to workout? BULL. SHIT. Make time.

I keep track of what I eat, I train or do some form of physical activity every day, I focus on recovery, and I do this all naturally. And I work at it every. single. damn. day...I don't have time for your negativity, bad energy, lame excuses.

I got work to do.
